Work together as a family, even if it may be faster and easier to do the job ourselves. Talk with our sons and daughters as we work together.”We are teaching the kids different skills this summer. One skill we taught Katia this week is mowing. She really did not want to mow. It was a major battle. But by the time we convinced her and she had made one round, she was smiling and feeling so happy about what she was accomplishing. I'm sure we could have mowed in half the time, but the joy on her face was so worth it!
